How do you suggest I fill my nib section .
And where can I purchase the part's to do so.
As I have looked and looked on the web but it is difficult to find?
If possible a make and model.
Any help appreciated.

You could make a button filler easily with these parts.

Parts could come from woodbin.ca - Martin is very nice and great to work with.

So you'd need a button press bar from him, and maybe some more sacs if you wanted,

and you'd need to hire a pen maker to make the pen for you, unless you can do this yourself.

Here are some photos of my old button fillers...

yeah that would work. You may need to modify the back of the section to fit the shield, and get a sac thin enough to fit inside, but yeah, that would work. BUT -

you would probably need to thread the section so you can remove the barrel easily each time you need to fill with ink or flush and clean.

Hello

What if I made the pen split in the middle.

How would I have to modify back section, in what way as I am novice .

that would be easier.

Then you would only need to press fit the first half of the barrel onto the section, and screw the second half of the barrel on and off.

Then mod the section like this...

I have been mulling over something like this for my pen, This is a simple model of my planned vacuum chamber.

Force, I like your design, but will it be necessary to be inside the chamber to write with the pen? Or, have you been able to stabilize the pressure outside the chamber such that you can maintain the vacuum? And, finally, I think I have a source for custom paper that will fit inside the Quink bottle, so let me know if you'd like to buy some.

I work in the moulding business where we vacuum degas the material (polyurethane) before it goes into moulds. From this I got the idea of filling pens with soft sacs, without the need for mechanical intervention. You place the pen into the ink and place them into a vac chamber. Under vac the air is drawn out of all parts, the ink will bubble as the air inside the sac emits, let air back into the chamber and the ink will be drawn (forced) into the sac...I think that's my principle.

So that will be the reverse-vac filler?
