Noodler's Navajo Turquoise

Sooo...not altogether hard cider resistant. ;-)

I like the box worm, too. What is that you use to form your signature?

Yeah, it would appear that way—unfortunately. ^▽^

I use a name stamp I purchased in Insa-dong from 까망글씨 (kkangmang). It cost ₩30,000 or roughly $27.

This one has roughly the same design.

I use it with a Chinese stamp ink that I also bought in Insa-dong, from another shop.

Thank you for the kind words, Kathleen! It's very encouraging to hear things like that. I'm glad you liked the review.

This is one of my favorite inks, too. ^^

Love the stamp. Do you know what the material it's made out of is?

I don't remember what my stamp in particular is made of, but I know they're generally made from semi-precious stones, like balin.

OOOOO - not only did I read up on panagrams and katakanas, I discovered box worms (which will now join my doodle list). Even better, the katakanas website used my favorite word .... onomatopoeia. I'm thinking inky thoughts because of you. Thank you!

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

You're welcome, Amber! In more recent reviews I've also been including hiragana samples. I'm glad I can inspire some inky thinking! ^^

And with an extra-fine nib too. That's impressive shading!

Seek that which is true, beautiful, and good.

I'm glad I could help bring this knowledge to the community! :)

Well, it should be taken into consideration that the extra-fine nib of the Lamy 2000 is not very fine, it's more like the medium nib on my TWSBI Diamond 580 and the fine nib of a Lamy Safari. :) That said, this ink is a very impressive shader. Up there with Noodler's Apache Sunset.

What a great show-casing of this ink! Thanks for the great review of such a pretty ink. Loved the box worms, too. Awesome idea!
