Or is the "t" simply part of the "S"?

 

unlikely since the revised logo in the OP appears to be STOD or SLOD depending on how you look at it.

Well, when I have a chance, will try taking some micro-photographs of other 149 nibs hallmarks, just to compare them. Actually, maybe the "SteOD/ SleOD / SeOD" looks a bit variable in different nib engravings.
