Trying To Identify An Old Sailor Pen

Hello,

 

I've got this old Sailor pen that I have never seen anywhere else. Could you help me identify its model? I got it as a gift, all I know is that it was purchased in Rome circa 1990.

 

I'm attaching pictures of the pen and its nib. The nib has the inscription F-4, but I know this is just the nib size, and this same nib is found in several other Sailor models.
