That might be either a Parker 51 "I am not a Crook" Special Edition, or a Sheaffer "Watergate" Special Edition. ;)

Sorry, couldn't help myself.

Ball-point pens are only good for filling out forms on a plane.

P51 too fat, but the other looks close.

Sincerely, beak.

Most likely a Parker 45 felt tip. I've seen other Nixon pens in an antique shop, which were Parker 45s.

The cap appears to be cylindrical where as the barrel is sharply tapered. perhaps an Eversharp Skyline?

Looks like a Parker Systemark to me.

As to Presidential pens, the variety seems endless. Pens were and are handed out for every occasion. Even law signature pens are no longer all that rare. It took Obama one and a half minutes to sign the "Obamacare" bill. He used 22 pens, which makes then a "limited edition" as opposed to a unique item.

Here are a couple of pages I found interesting.

..... And be on the lookout for those fake Kennedy pen reproductions.

Nixon's pen?

Heck, I didn't even know that he finally went to prison!

As for his pen, it was probably Leavenworth (sp?).

Have you seen his Checker??
