Possibly it's the only way for most people to acquire Chinese pens....... I am trying to rectify that over here in the U.K.

Oh ,U.K is beautiful and romantic city ,Easy for others remembered gentleman and elegant lady .

Many foreign friends said not easy to get chinese pen at local shop ,just buy it from website .However ,people can buy any brand from different country in CHINA .HH

So funny ,right ?

I got a WW2 vintage pen (I was told) from China. It is a double jewel button filler with characters and Bo Shi in Roman letters on it. Fine point and a very nice writer. Nib is marked 14K and HOOWER.

Any information on this one?

Pictures if anyone is curious. Better pictures if requested--none taken as yet. Just shot these on iPhone.

I use one (at least) every day!

As far as Chinese brands, Lucky... I think it's an old Wing Sung branding....

Lucky is the export brand of Wingsung.

This is a real vintage pen. It is said Shanghai Golden Star Pen factory. This pen factory was moved from Shanghai to Beijing in about 50s. So this pen must be earlier than that time.

The pen is a very smooth fine writer. The button filler still works and the cap and barell are in very good condition.

I got the pen at the Chicago Pen show from a man who said a friend brought it back from his service overseas in WW2. He had no other information.

I do not think this is a sample. i think it is regular production from the late 1940s. Works well and is a good writer. I have a Duke pen and this one is quite a bit bigger.
