I just referenced this review (I used your sample to establish that mine was just wrong).

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

That's a pretty awesome colour, I've had some difficulty finding one that didn't look too pink on white paper. I'll think about getting a sample.

I agree. It is amazing on whites and creams. Have you also seen Diamine Syrah for a rich, deep Burgundy?

It's either this or Oxblood; can't wait to try them.

 

Both colors are great, but they are different. Look at some of the Diamine reviews. Oxblood is more brownish like real blood and crimson is more red.
