Pilot Metro Vs Cocoon

Wow, this is an really old post... But anyway, Metro(or 88G) is the name used out of Japan, Cocoon is the name in Japan. Cocoon sells price is 50% higher than Metro. But Cocoon is made in Japan(while metro in Mainland China), and supposedly available to Japanese market only. There are more color options in Cocoon, and the color of the ring in the middle of the body is the same with the body and with no pattern, while Metro seems to have different colors and patterns.

Both of their nibs are made in Japan(hopefully), but there seems to have more issue going on with the Metro, never heard about Cocoon getting problems(even I known more Cocoon owners than Metro).
