Stub O' The Day

Thank you, @amberleadavis. All I can tell you is that I am not a potter or a clay shooter.

What ink is that? I'm always on the lookout for a nice green. It goes so beautifully with the pen.

No, that one is Diamine - I think it is Magical Forest?  It is the one with silver shimmer.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I inked the pen up with Diamine Magical Forest (I will have to update the prior post), but it had dried out a tad.  It's a great ink, and I do like the sparkle.

Unfortunately I used Monteverde Sweet Life Key Lime in a Pilot Prera with a fine nib. The ink deserves a wider nib.  Oh!  Maybe the green Karas Kustoms pen!

I have a backlog of pens needing cleaning, but I do love my stub and italic nib pens.

Just thought I would add my stub o’ the day.   Soennecken 506.  It’s a shorty but enjoy the wide line.

Pelikan M800 with a "PF" custom mark medium nib, ground to something between a cursive italic and a stub.  Estimate the downstroke at 0.9mm without pressure.  Ink is Sailor Jentle Ultramarine.

This is my newest pen with a stub nib. I really like it. Monteverde calls it a pocket pen, which is true.
