DBZ is pure awesome, and that is one of my all-time favorite opening themes! Thanks.

Hmmm... I believe I once had a dream about Vegeta and fountain pens....

My latest ebook.   And not just for Halloween!

My other pen is a Montblanc.

I've just uploaded the new video about Sailor ink converter (14-0500-000) on

my YouTube channel.

I'm afraid but this is the information for those who can understand Japanese.

今回は超多忙なため、英語での撮影を行いませんでした。というか、日本語での

動画の完成度もそこそこのまま、動画をアップさせていただきました。(汗)

So, is there anybody who translates what I am saying in the video into English?

Could you please help me with the translation for me? If any, I'll be really glad!

Thanks in advance,

VirtuThe3rd

Well... I got as far as "Hello, everybody, it's me," and then every tenth word or so... But I loved it nevertheless. Thank you as always.

Hi there,

I've just uploaded the new video about vintage cameras

of Olympus PEN and OM. :)

If you're interested in the film cameras, please enjoy

watching it!

I do like old stuffs.

History of Olympus PEN and OM

Thanks for all this information on fountain pens, cameras and craftsmanship.

I can relate to where you are coming from - I don't have a digital camera (except on my phone) but do have manual film cameras: Nikon FM2, FE2, Nikkormat FTn, FT3, Olympus OM2.

I much prefer black and while film processing and messing around in the darkroom to fiddling with memory cards, color profiles and going square-eyed in front of a PC (or MAC). Fortunately it is still easy to get hold of film and chemicals in Europe.

Often "more advanced" ends up in reality meaning "less useful", at least when it comes to long-term pleasure and artistic expression. Probably one reason we mess around so much with our fountain pens!

I recognize the economic and journalistic sense of digital but that is another matter.....

Thank you so much for your posting comment on my topic. :)

And I felt very happy to hear your ideas about film cameras!

I still take a picture with film SLRs (sometimes with TLRs).

Esp. Nikon New FM2 is really reliable, I think.

When I'm using film, I pay more attention to my surroundings,

and feel more connected to the scene. It's not a binary func-

tion where I don't feel this way when shooting digital. It's just

that the feeling is more prevalent when I shoot film.

I also like not being able to see what I just shoot until hours,

days or weeks later. I get excited when I either develop black

and white or when color film comes back from the processor!

Needless to say, appearance of the cameras are far different

from digitals. Neither better nor worse, in my opinion, I like the

look of film SLRs like Nikon F or FM series. (Silver & Black Body)

I like the tonality and the contrast. :)
