Wow - that's one great looking pen! I love the transition between the brown and green in Heki-Tamenuri...and the best part is, it will probably look even better as the pen ages over time. Congratulations, indeed!

 

Out of curiosity, how comfortable is the pen in your hand?

I didn't like the looks of the Naka-ai at first, but it's beginning to grow on me as I see more examples. Thanks for the writing sample and the lovely pictures!

Beautiful! It must be such a dream! I've started to research the right sized nib I'd want before I call John. So torn among the colors.

I'm waiting on a kuro-tame Naka-ai Writer from Nibs.com; I know it will be another month or two and the wait is difficult (but worth it)!
