Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Today my primary ink has been KWZI Iron Gall Turquoise.

I have it loaded in my derby capped Pelikan M200 blue marbled with OB nib. I used it this morning to sign the closing documents on the sale of my childhood home as power of attorney for my mother. We moved into the house in June 1965.

Must feel a bit sad...

Pelikan 4001 dark green in a Pelikan M400 white tortoise (F nib).

It's the best compromise between readability and fun I've found so far for this pen, especially because I want to stick to Pelikan inks for now*

(Y'know what this world needs? A nice, dark, moss-green Edelstein ink)

*though I do have to say, if you ignore brilliant red (because ew) and blue-black (I love it, but it can strip the plating off of bi-color nibs), the selection is pretty limited.

Pilot Black and Tsutsuji.

I've been on a quest to see if I could commit all Seven Deadly Sins in a single day. Finally, it dawned on me I shouldn't try for the One Day Wonder Prize for all seven in one day. It's simply out of any question as you can't commit decent sloth while busily ticking the other six off your crowded "to do" list. -- ViolinWriter

Blackstone Barrister Blue - a well-behaved (in bottle, pen and on paper) ferro-tannate Blue-Black ink.

Sailor Jentle Grenade in Waterman Red Edson F. Found out that the pen cannot be filled in that bottle with the plastic doo-hickey in it. I had to remove it in the middle of trying to fill the pen. I ended up with nice red fingers.

Monteverde Horizon Blue in a Sailor 1911 Large with Naginata NMF nib.

This ink is surprisingly similar to the fabled Parker Penman Sapphire. More testing to come.

I did a comparison & thought they were quite distinct from each other.
