The Parson Italix.. is a definitely a BROAD Italic.. is lovely...

It is lovely... I took medium italic... Mr. Ford said that the Nib will be marked B because he grinded this nib to medium italic

I am using R&K Leipziger Schwarz in my Metropolitan medium. I am in a black mood today.

One of my faves . . . :)

It's a great ink, isn't it? It behaves well and I don't know if you've noticed it but on ivory or cream colored paper it even has a greenish tone/tint.

I find Kobe #44 to be more of a green leaning teal, but, perhaps, I'm not looking at it in the right light (I'm a bit light sensitive so I keep my home relatively dark unless I'm hosting and am forever wearing shades B)).

I agree, it's in the green part of the teal spectrum. A bit too green for my taste actually... But I will not waste any ink!

Isn't that ink beautiful?

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Indeed AND beautiful pen & "work product" from BOTH! (And he didn't even have to add any sparkles!)

Decided to use Caran D'Ache Saffron. It's the perfect complement leading up to Halloween. Plus it's the exact same colour as the Rhodia orange.

So far today it's been De Atramentis Apple Blossom and Waterman Mysterious Blue for my morning pages journal entry (yeah, even Parker 61s eventually run out of ink , which is what happened with the Apple Blossom). I need to make some notes in a bit and will use some vintage Carter's Midnight Blue for that; then I have to pay some bills, so I will likely be using Noodler's Heart of Darkness for that. Then I need to do some drawings to catch up on InkTober (I'm a couple of days behind); not sure which inks I'll use for that yet.

"It's very nice, but frankly, when I signed that list for a P-51, what I had in mind was a fountain pen."
