I just got a sample of Akkerman Delfts Blauw last week and have been using it in my Faber Castell Emotion with broad nib. It is wonderful. I may just have to buy a bottle.

Diamine Dark Forest tonight. The F on this M200 is truly an F, bordering on EF. Yay!

It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.

I'm using:

KWZ El Dorado in my Fine Writing Instruments with an M to EF curved architect ground by myself, and

Rohrer und Klingner Alt-Goldgrün in my Opus 88 Demonstrator with an M sized curved architect.

Today I used Iroshizuku Jurojin, Iroshizuku Momiji and Monteverde FireOpal

One for the sheen lovers: Momiji in 2 different angles:

Oh, Momiji does look nice -- even without the sheen. I guess I really should get a sample of it at some point. I was thinking that it would be pinker than what I'm seeing in your photos (I tried Tsutsuji a few years ago and it was awfully bright... :o).

Recently added the Taccia (Nakabayashi/Sailor) Hokusai Sabimidori (Rust Green) ink into the rotation as someone requested a review of this ink, which I had on hand but hadn't yet tried.

Review in progress.

Momiji is bright. It really is between pink and red to me, with all that golden sheen sometimes giving an orangey feel as well.

As always, the review by Mountain of Ink shows it all

One thing I like to do with some Iroshizuku inks, like Momiji and Yama Budo, is to leave them a long time in pens. They are so well behaved that they cause no trouble, but they do get darker and sheen-ier. So Momiji looking darker here may be in part due to having been in that pen for a good couple of weeks now.

Cross Violet tonight. Haven't used it in awhile but always bowled over by the green sheen.

Today (well, technically yesterday, since it's now after midnight here) it was Edelstein Topaz, in the M600 Violet and White, and Birmingham Inks Persian Copper, in one of the Parker Vectors.

Still using the Taccia Nakabayashi Rust Green and Hougado Pen Gallery Nodaiko Violet.

But filled the Aurora Ipsilon Deluxe pen (my first fountain pen) with, of all things, Aurora Black!
