Still being fascinated by the Stipula Musk Green (with L'amant on the side).

It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.

Still using vintage Shaeffer's Skrip Permanent Blue-black in an Edison Beaumont pneumatic and Akkerman Voorhout Violet in a Gate City Belmont. An M400 Pelikan Stresemann got filled with Sailor for Kingdom Note's Porpita porpita from their Jellyfish series.

A typical amount of pens inked up. Some of these are samples that I'm trying to exhaust. Others are cartridges I'm determined to use up (Ooly Purple, Sailor Black, Prussian Blue, Serenity Blue). Namiki Blue and PdL are bottled inks.

Sorry about the cut off on Australian. I'm inept at photography.

Huh! All green inks. didn't really think about that!

FP Ink Orphanage-Is an ink not working with your pens, not the color you're looking for, is never to see the light of day again?!! If this is you, and the ink is in fine condition otherwise, don't dump it down the sink, or throw it into the trash, send it to me (payment can be negotiated), and I will provide it a nice safe home with love, and a decent meal of paper! Please PM me!For Sale: TBA

Today so far, it's been:

MB Beatles Psychedelic Purple in the M120 Iconic Blue (until the pen ran out of ink);

vintage Skrip Brown, in my 1990s era M400 Brown Tortoise;

and De Atramentis Tchaikovsky, in the Green Shadow Wave Parker Vacumatic Speedline filler.

Today it's been Noodler's 54th Massachusetts, in the ebonite Konrad.

Today I finished and flushed my Duofold Junior, in which I've been using Waterman Purple.

I still have Rohrer & Klingner Aubergine in my Waterman Gentleman, and today I filled my Peyton Street Pen Works cursive italic with Amethyste de l'Oural.

My Edison Beaumont pneumatic left the rotation after its fill was done; replaced with an Aurora Ipsilon Deluxe, my first fountain pen, filled with Noodler's FPH Henry Hudson Blue.

Monteverde Horizon Blue in a Jinhao 991 (XF)

Diamine Robert in a Jinhao 991 (XF)

Monteverde Capri Blue really is an underrated beauty. Wonderful flow, shading, colour and a hint of sheen. Delicious.

After almost two weeks, I still have Amethyste de l'Oural in my PSP prototype pen and am satisfied that this ink need not be relegated to pens that are especially easy to clean. Even in a relatively wet pen, and even on Tomoe River, I do not see any sprinkles, and that's fine. I bought the ink for its base color.

I am also using Robert Oster Purple Rock in a Waterman Gentleman, a good combination for writing on very absorbent paper or underlining in a paperback book, but not for writing on smooth paper.
