Blackstone Barrister Blue - the original version.

A sample has lived in my Moonman M2 since I've owned it. Both are a joy to use. I understand the colour has since changed :crybaby:

Utmost respect for those who have the discipline and patience to create these kind of drawings / woodcuts etc. You can see how I lost being "present" after the rocks and mountain.

I will use a more flexible nib and smoother paper next time I try one of these.

It's gorgeous! The "stamp"-like border, did you draw that too or is it really a cut piece of paper?

Thank you !

It really is a cut out piece of paper. I used my daughter's hole punch . . .

Tas, love your piece! I can hear the storm's wind howling from here!

Thank you ! :)

Parker Quink Blue Black . . .

Goes down darkish blue and dries, well, it dries any colour it wants to really depending on the paper  - part of it's charm. I like inks like that.

This is Greek stamp No 2 of a series of 4 I plan to auction for the victims of the recent fires.
I'm still learning . . . paper is key, and wait for the ink to dry before handling the work

Quink BB is a joker in the inky pack  Smythson notebook paper tames the tendency to colour shift, though I can't vouch for their other papers.

Another fine piece of work, Tas, and a thoughtful decision to auction the work :)

Today I have been trialling Cd'A Grand Canyon on Midori MD paper :happyberet:

A very thoughtful and considerate decision, indeed.

Nice to see so many using Alt Goldgrun; it gives me a little reassurance that my favorite ink will continue.

Diamine 'Sapphire Blue' in a Wing Sung 601. (Trying to solve a jamming piston mechanism problem.) Sapphire Blue is the closest color I can find to the old mimeograph ink!

Kana-cho Midnight the last day or so after a total refresh - flushed the pen and rinsed/refilled the cartridge.

It's hard work to tell which is Old Harry when everybody's got boots on.
