Fresh fill of vintage Sheaffer Skrip Emerald Green in a P45 Flighter. Wanted to match it with KWZI Pine Green and Blackstone Daintree Green, which I also have in pens at the moment. I'll have to put it together on a couple of papers and scan it.

Please do so, I love ink comparisons!

Don't forget if you have ink filing rules, be sure to post them here: http://www.fountainp...-4#entry4036964

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

Diamine Brandy Dazzle. I see lots of glitter in the sample bottle, and lots of shimmer/glitter in the pen barrel (demo pen), and none on paper. Disappointing.

The M405 Stresemann has Montblanc JFK Navy Blue.

The Edison Mina has Sailor Bungbox 88 Green Tea.

The vintage Drexel syringe filler has KWZ Midnight Green.

And the M200 Cognac with a B nib has Noodler's Dromgoole's Bankers Tan.

The 2-4th are all wonderful inks. I haven't tried the Blue Black. I don't need another blue-black right now. The other 3 you mentioned are all winners in my book though!! :)

Are you referring to my post? If yes believe me I didn't exactly choose Pelikan 4001 Blue-Black. Back then I found the bottles in a local store and had no idea that fountain pen inks were still a thriving business, I'd never browsed for them on the Internet.

So this is my first Blue-Black. It's water resistant and writes well even on Clairefontaine, that's too smooth for other inks, so I doubly like it.

Ok. Finally got a chance to scan what I had. I was going to do it differently, then I ended up not refilling the M200 with Daintree Green. They are at least somewhat close together in this scan. The Sheaffer Skrip Emerald Green doesn't show this light or this blue in real life on this cream Tomoe River.
