Pen Camouflage!

Thanks Jeffrey, it´s a danish MB, that was made between 1939 and 1943.

I have not seen a pen like it before and it looks lovely. The camouflage is brilliant. It makes the pen look as though it is made from crystal!

Nice Job!

It´s just celluloid.

"...just celluloid" ???

L o v e celluloid..! it's ridiculously underrated. the ability to have depth, layers, inclusions, wonderful multi-colors, subtle or wild and/or kooky.

you just have to respect it's age and need to be stored correctly. just like any other material.

<--leaps down from high horse ; )

oops edit to include the all-important, Your gorgeous faceted pen is a great example of my mini-rant above.

I used to own an Omas Paragon Celluloid in saft green. During a break at a deposition, the court reporter remarked, "That's a pretty pen. It's camouflage!"

I agree with you, celluloid is my favorite FP material.

line from Norway -- is there a mistake on the cover of that book? Kunt Hamsun and not "Knut"?

Yes, there is :-D I can only imagine his reaction as he saw the mistake.

I just saw it now, i wonder how someone could make a spelling error of that magnitude.

He is a great author by the way, i remember his "sult" (hunger).
