The look in that little girl's eye says "Okay. I'm here now. Amuse me!"

The variation in this uncial-ic style came from the two-tone semi-flexible nib on my vintage 1950's Sheaffer Touchdown Statesman. Ink: Waterman Mysterious Blue (Blue/Black); paper: Staples Sustainable Earth bagasse.

Dang it! I edited the last one, because I forgot a letter in a word, and I did it again with this one!

I'm really tired.

Hmm, it seems like I've been wasting my time on internet, a bit too much. Instead, if I had spent those precious hours into my penmanship I could have done a lot better than this. Needless to say I'm smitten by penmanship on this thread. Everyone, A GREAT JOB!

Anyway, GClef that uncial inspired style dropped my jaw wide open. God! I need to show that to my friends and make them rethink about their penmanship. And I completely agree with you on the ballpoint thing. I haven't used touched one in past 4-5 years, but when I used them, I never needed any pressure to write.

Wow! Nice work you did there Thaddeus. This and this thread have forced me to rethink my penmanship. Oh BTW this is what I can muster up at this moment..
