Dude, serious?! That's freakin awesome!

I remember Richard Binder saying to my lefty daughter, who was like 12 at the time,the same thing about lefties having the natural slope ideal for Spencerian, if she'd learn under writing. Unfortunately, she's stuck with over writing. (Haven't had the time to beat her lately cause of the wedding invites.)

 

 

I've been an overwriter my entire life (I'm 28). I write my brother letters and he responds with letters typed on a type writer. Anyways in one of my letters I was telling him that its impossible for a left handed over writer to do calligraphy. His reply was that I haven't even tried.

 

This was one of the first things that I've written when I started my attempt at "Calligraphy" and I taped it to the wall in front of my desk where I sit. It motivates me. I started 6 months ago. The example I posted early has been much improved even though its shakey. Once my arms 'relax' I can write some other stuff .
