A nice MB and very handsome writing!

Pens and paper everywhere, yet all our hearts did sink,

Pens and paper everywhere, but not a drop of ink.

Here are my pens in the current daily rotation.

A Pilot Custom 845 is a mainstay in the rotation as this pen is well balanced and at the right weight. Platinum #3776 Celluloids (Blue and Green) have been in the rotation for quite a long while. Platinum's F is a true F nib but is just wet enough for super smooth writing.

A Pilot Custom Kaede sports a #10 nib; but, it seems this nib is a little different from other #10. I could not describe it accurately; but, I like the way this nib behaves. I used it at home as I don't want to use it in a dirty hand (at home, at least I can wash my hands before I do some writing).

A Pilot Custom 843 FA is also a great daily writer for me, along with a Custom Heritage Smoke Clear. I can comfortably put it in my shirt pocket due to its size and price point. This is a Pilot F; so, it is very fine. I think an MF nib could be a sweet spot for my daily writing if I am going to get another Pilot.

Wow. That's a really nice sample. Three pens that I know nothing about, never having owned or tried these brands. It looks like they're excellent writers.

^ Thanks, Akustyk. That's very kind of you.

My *ahem* photography skills do nothing in their favour, but they are all fun to write with in their own way.

The Cross is the most toothy, followed by the Graf von F.-C and then the Caran d'Ache which is ridiculously smooth.

Love me some Iroshizuku inks, too. Their performance is superlative.

Thanks! I should give one of these a try one of these days. I've read about F-C having very smooth steel nibs in the lower-priced pens. Perhaps one of these days?

I'll keep the Safari train going

Love the handwriting, especially with the stubs, I need to get my hands on one I'll enjoy more than the Pilot 78G I recently got. Maybe a Safari.
