I forgot to mention that it was -8 F this morning, so I needed something on the bright side to warm me up!

Speaking of a nice nib...what a beautiful italic!!!

Ok, here's a dumb question, and OT as well, though related.

While in theory I love the idea of posting handwritten messages, I was just poking around in my FPN settings and clicked on Manage Attachments. There it told me that I have used 1.54MB of 4.88MB.

I didn't realize there was some sort of lifetime limit on attachments. Does it go up the more you post or something? Otherwise, it seems to me that some of you must have passed that limit by now.

Does anyone know how this works?

Use the 'upload' tab to upload pictures to the board and link them into posts from there, there is no limit and the pictures are easy to find.

Happy Christmas, all!

Tsuki-yo is dominating the page! Blue-black is way in style. :)

@inkwritingman, I just received a bottle of J Herbin, Ambre de Birmanie. How do you like it? I'm quite fond of it, especially on ivory papers.

Stay warm and safe!

post-95617-0-86539800-1356416662.jpgThis is my rotring with an EF nib.

Perfect to study organic chemistry with!

The ink is iroshi Asa Gao, and the notebook is a national brand computation notebook, a favorite of mine.

Though it has been almost 30 years ago since I took organic....I would say that a good fountain pen would have made organic chem more tolerable. All those synthesis reactions....

Thanks for sharing your pen and notes.
