End of the year is always a hectic time of year at my work, but a heartfelt thanks to all of you for posting such great pens, inks and writing. It's a great distraction when I get a minute. Now if only I could find the time to write a post using a pen rather than a keyboard...

Some stuff I am using and needing to cleanout as a few ran out of ink. The paper is from those timetext systems and I need to discard it but frankly can't bring myself not to try using it up before buying more looseleaf pads. It is fountain pen kryptonite.

To answer the question the Cross is very pretty, well balanced and an extra fine nib.....I really do not like XF nibs. I think now it is cleaned out again it may never be inked again as it really is like trying to use a roofing nail compared to my other medium, broad and double broad nibs.

Well, here are my three little cheapies. I can't afford that high-end stuff you guys use, but I get an awful lot of fun and enjoyment all the same. Maybe one day...meantime, here are my humble little fountain pens:
