@gbb - David has a way of influencing all of us! Great find btw.

Agree about Davids influence, have been thoroughly enjoying going over his old posts on the stub of the day thread. Where is the stubmeister?

Btw, what's that brown flat top you posted earlier tringle? Can you show us how it writes?

Sure are a lot of Sheaffers flying around here!

Sheaffer Legacy Fantasy with Diamine Pumpkin.

Awesome! What's the best way to acquire one of these? Ebay? I really like that orange body and I'm not even an orange kind of person!

But he looks sooooo innocent, tringle!

Parker the pen eating pup got to spend all day at doggy day care, swimming and planning things to do with his dog friends to their owners once they returned home. Yes this is pen related.

Lets just say he was content sleeping when he got home....

That is an Eggens Hambler red and black mottled lever filler. The nib writes like a Waterman 52 #2 nib, lots of flexibility. I will post some pictures of the pen and a writing sample later. Its my new favorite. Guess who also has an Eggens-Hambler like that pen? DAVID....he makes me so penvious sometimes.

Here you go. This is an Eggens Hambler with a #3 EHCO nib, this pen is very similar to a Waterman 52.

Arizona Parker is dreaming of running around the Minnesota forests in the snow and cavorting with Minnesota Parker to chasing rabbits, and chewing on things they are not supposed to chew as retrievers tend to do.

That is a beautiful Sheaffer! is that a custom turned barrel?! it has to be.

I love the custom barrel on this Legacy... Looks like the comely offspring of a Delta Dolce Vita and a PFM!

That Sheaffer was created by this guy right here: Jim Rouse. The barrels were turned by Franklin Chrisptoph.

I got to shake his hand and tell him how much I love that pen at the Ohio Pen Show.

Has Atlanta dined on any fountain pens?

Lovely pens "David" and tringle, that cs writes a lot like mine! Is there a nib number on it? I'll refrain from posting dog pics as mine has so far shown no interest in pens, thankfully.

gbb, no number on the nib of my CS 85L. I've had a few of them (down to one currently) and don't recall seeing a number on the nibs of those pens, but it may be I'm just forgetting, or perhaps it was there and I never noticed. Anyway, I agree with you about the CS stub nib - they write wonderfully and have some flex - tons of fun to use.

max dog - that picture of your German Shepherd is absolutely priceless! I love it! And I'd say Max has great taste in pens - that looks like a MB 146 or 149, I can't tell because his paws are so big.

Cyber6 - is that a Belgian Shepherd? Does Atlanta like pens or ink?
