Did you see the Jean Pierre Lepine Attila for sale in the FPN classifieds? Your namesake fountain pen.

TWSBI Micarta with a medium cursive italic nib and Pelikan Edelstein Amber. Almost like caramel on paper. <3

Indeed! Love that ink --it's really a complex color with different hues mixed--, but with the light color, it needs a stub or broad nib, don't you think? Looks great from here!

Today, I'm playing with a new TWSBI Diamond 580-AL (aluminum piston), a Spanish-made Montblanc, and a Waterman 3v. Testing out some de Atramentis scented inks, which are still fun, even though the fragrance only lasts a few seconds.

The Micarta is such a cool pen! Especially with that nib!

I saw that, but I'm not funky enough for such a pen. :D

Reground this medium to a cursive italic. Ink is Iroshizuku Kon-Peki.

Exceptional. Nice, even script, with elegant flourishes. Envious. :)

Simply amazing penmanship and talent in calligraphy!

Iroshizuku Kon-Peki ink - will it be good for Montblanc? And where to buy in Europe?

You should be able to get Kon-peki for about $13.50 plus shipping from Engeika. Normally it retails for about $35 from where I am.

I purchased the Kon Peki after I saw your post in the past couple weeks. Just gorgeous writing.

I agree, the richness of the ink doesn't show too much in fine and medium nibs. I only appreciated it with my cursive italic nib because it's wider and wetter than my other nibs. :)
