Speaking of MBs look what I was given this morning. Can anyone id this?http://i1052.photobucket.com/albums/s458/liturgicsjay/83BF7CFA-38D3-4F85-B671-F4A74122E669-1700-0000021EEFDBED54_zps351711c7.jpg

It's called Montblanc SlimLine. C/c pen (but you probably know that already). According to fountainpen.de it's from the '70's.

I think they were designed and built by Aurora and were done in 70's and 80's. MB sold them.

Rob Maguire (Plse call me "M or Mags" like my friends do...)I use a Tablet, Apple Pencil and a fountain pen. Targas, Sailor, MB, Visconti, Aurora, vintage Parkers, all wonderful.

I'm a vintage pen collector for Halloween. http://i1052.photobucket.com/albums/s458/liturgicsjay/8C32D666-DA4D-4480-89BF-64C47062705C-501-0000002F8363FAFA.jpg

Today I used two pens...a Delta Via Veneto with an 18K gold Medium nib and an Aurora Optima Red Resin pen Model 997 with a 14K gold Medium nib. This colour is now discontinued.

http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8329/8119948402_497f2572be_z.jpgI used my Aurora Afrika box as a bckground for this last shot, so that is why the little sign on the box says 18K.

These are both very smooth writing pens. They are better than my handwriting deserves, but it is gradually improving. Very gradually!

I was refering to the mix of pens from fine vintage and modern pens to a Sheaffer Caligraphy pen, The Rotrings are much nicer.

I usually don't post photos using an iPhone but I'm at work late tonight and bored.

Custom Heritage 92 and Twisbi 540.

A greeting for everyone on the board. The pens used are in the last 2 photos, which I entered in the recent Pentime contest. And to explain the last photo: the rules did say to shoot the pen of the day.
