Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

Create a Ghostly Avatar and I'll send you a letter. Check out some Ink comparisons: The Great PPS Comparison

Don't know where to start?  Look at the Inky Topics O'day.  Then, see inks sorted by color: Blue Purple Brown Red Green Dark Green Orange Black Pinks Yellows Blue-Blacks Grey/Gray UVInks Turquoise/Teal MURKY

That Sheaffer is DCPritch's for now. The nib is amazingly lovely and makes my handwriting look amazing.

Having some fun today with a Noodler's Ahab and a Speedball nib. Can't really control it yet, but could be excellent with a dry ink I imagine.

Ink all over my fingers.......

It would probably fit in the cap if you took off the overfeed/ink reservoir. Should tame the flow as well. An experiment for another day.

The flow calmed down a bit after a while.

What amazing handwriting!

It is indeed a great pen! Definitely worth it! It was my second fountain pen, but haven't left my EDC since.

I'm in this kind of situation with the Platinum Century for a while now btw.

What a pen! I hope I can get myself one soon

Great ink color too!

Happy to get post 10013!

Got a vintage Duocraft in the mail today. Loaded it up with Diamine Oxblood. Freaky music nib --as you can see. Lots of fun!

HalloweenHJB, that Oxblood is looking lovely! I've got Monaco Red and Ancient Copper in the red family but I'm liking Oxblood...

Here's my most recent acquisition:

It's not necessarily a pretty pen (though I do like the shade of blue of this one called "Navajo") but I think it's great to have modern flex nibs which are affordable (so I don't worry about using them or damaging the nib unlike the two vintage flex nib fountain pens I have). It's true I can get finer lines with my vintage nibs but this is a great compromise for every day writing.

Hi Pankaj,

Nice MB!

Apparently your MB 149 O2B write finer than my MB 145 OBB. Your nib looks like more practical in every day use.

Ooh Carretera, that Oxblood is looking lovely! I've got Monaco Red and Ancient Copper in the red family but I'm liking Oxblood...

Calique,

Congratulations!

You provide a beautiful writing with your Noodler's Ahab!

Just two humble pens. One I bought for the free ink, the other because i had to!!

And the color "Amethyst" with a Know $15 pen. Not so bad for someone fixed on black and blue!
