I've been using a few today. I'm getting ready to sell a few. These are the two I'm taking to work tomorrow. The Dollar is a keeper, but the Sheaffer will be going up for sale.

Wow, beautiful pens...

Tiny Snail, NICE!!!

Attika, loving the Lamy2000 I have been holding out ordering one for a long time... kind of worked up in my mind to GREAT expectations... someday I will make the purchase.

KAMM let us know how you like the TWSBI and the inks...

LAHLAHLAW I always appreciate a nice Esterbrook, got a soft spot in my heart for those pens....

MTBRADLEY. good to write the stuff down, I believe you are right that the experience will serve you well in the future.. the journey is like lifting weights... at first it is hard, you plow through, and then the next thing is a little harder, but you plow through, then pretty soon you will look back and see how far you have come and how much more you are doing.... good stuff indeed... thanks for sharing...

You should keep the wife!

I'm digging the twsbi so far. Stays in my pocket and this is writes very smoothly. One thing I've noticed is the Twsbi has a smaller "sweet spot" then the Lamy nibs.

So glad the mix has behaved and delighted that it bears the name magic. My mix hasn't left my VHS since the day they met!

I'd love to know what you've changed about it - always after a new mix, you know me. :)

This combination is probably my all time favorite for the 2K. In fact, you're making my wish I'd brought that pen with me to work today!

All those Lamy 2k shots are driving me nuts.. I want one of those but alas the recent purchases have me on hold again... B) the limits we have of time and money...

If you think everything is going well... you obviously have no idea what is really going on!

Woah.. I have to re-assess the twsbi Medium. I didn't think the medium was so fine! LOL. Is it a rare sample or are the Mediums that fine? I love it!

I ran across this quote from Mahatma Gandhi and had to write it down.

The Nashville job was a Christmas present, and I know virtually nothing about the maker as a result. It's a hefty little fella, and not something I'd carry often, but it's made from fallen hickory from Andrew Jackson's Hermitage plantation grounds, so that's cool!

Love the nib on that one, very cool.

Using the Churchill today, haven't used it for a long time. Forgot how comfortable this pen is to write with, for me anyway.

saskia: You know, flattery followed by apology immediately preceding the posting of a picture one knows will cause another to covet, well that's just plain wrong!

But I must say the Sheaffer pens you turn up with are absolutely amazing. They must have made, what, two?! Congrats on yet another find!

Clearly the quote wins, hands down.

<<<<<<<<< OFF TOPIC ALERT !!! >>>>>>>>>>>

Its a great one to think about, and in two days I'm heading out on a canoe trip to do just that.

I intend to undertake a careful study of water:

perhaps throw a line in:

maybe the mornings will be misty:
