Happy Friday everyone!

Here's a nifty eyedropper from nearly 100 years ago with some remarkable flexibility. Its not collector grade due to the condition of the BCHR but man is it fun to use. Actually, I prefer my really old pens to be in this condition. I worry about them less and enjoy them more than when one is in near mint condition. I was in a two hour meeting this afternoon using this pen to take notes, trying to stay focused on the task at hand rather than of the pen in hand.

You can choose from 8 leather colors and 31 patterns for the cover. All with 8 sizes and 2 layouts available.

They have some other nice stuff as well!

This pen looks really nice David! Great flex!
Hurray for user grade pens!
I have my Montblanc 644G that I rarely use, because I just fear for it even though its a user grade pen...

Just want to say - I love this porcelain pen! Can I ask where you got it? Is it real porcelain, and is it heavy to write with?

I am in awe of everyone's pens and beautiful handwriting on this forum. This is a great thread for those of us who are thoroughly "eye-minded" (visual learners).

Recently, I was able to get a truly stunning Italian-made Waterman 42 ("Safety") from the 1930s, and I filled it today, and all is well! The only slightly bothersome aspect is after you post the cap, and remove it, it leaves ink on the bottom of the pen, which has to be wiped away with a rag. But the beauty of the pen more than makes up for this minor inconvenience!

When it was up for auction, I don't think that people realized that the engraving suggests that this must have been a pen that was given to officers in Mussolini's 44th Infantry regiment. In spite of the horrible fascist connection, it may be a pen of truly historical significance! (I hope I'm right about this!)

Here are a couple of photos, and a writing sample:

HalloweenHJB - I have a couple WWII German made pens, all of which were providers of supplies to the NAZI system. Everyone has to write, even Facists! I do not have a safety YET, but I am looking at yours with total PENVY....Beautiful.
