Nice pen Tom.

 

Watch that ink, it can build up around the nib and feed - nothing dangerous, just dip it in a bit of water and it cleans right off - somthing to do with a the pigments or something I believe. But you right, I also enjoy my Ancient Copper.

I like it because it's kinda ugly. It's different. On the other hand, if anyone wants to give me 400$ for the little fellow i'll be glad to sell it to you.

Ah good to know! I knew it was a J family but not it's distinction. Thanks. I actually quite like the pink ones. I saw them at the pen show and almost took a set of those and the weird seafoam home. I'm probably going to wind up with quite a collection of these little pens. Now if only prices reflected people not loving the colors.....

Camera is my Kodak M575 snapshot camera, I turned it down to 3 MP.

 

The paper is fairly absorbent, but the only ink that really bleed any amount is the Quink Turquoise, the other colors just dried quickly, and showed little to no shading.
