Wish I could write better. Looks awful in closeup. Printing paper… Absorbent. Hum! Got my Rhodias, Looking very good and were $3.25 ea. They were Fabriano. Not Rhodias. Rhodia notebooks are on the way so i will be able to compare which is best. Saw the description of the Tomoe River paper and I think I could make some notebooks with it.

Why did it turn sideways?

Tomoe River Paper, I guess my "T" looked like a "P"

Does this mean you don't want your "Lava" pen anymore? I would be able to give it a happy home, for a nominal fee!

Breathe. Take one step at a time. Don't sweat the small stuff. You're not getting older, you are only moving through time. Be calm and positive.

Using the Noodler's Flex Creaper to write a letter to my upstairs neighbor. I sealed it in an envelope and washi taped it to their door (in stealth mode). Well, poo, it uploaded sideways. Grrr.

I've been trying to draw birds like that with a stub... Doesn't really work that well.... I may need to start looking into my 1st flex...

The Diamine Grape looks a lot more 'purple-black' in reality and a lot less brown...

Amberlea, you are welcome, I'm glad you're having fun. Clearly you are putting that pen through its paces! :)

If you keep using it like that the iridium will wear off the nib - in about 30 years. :P

Enjoy the pink converter you will have after you have finished using the Grape, it stains unfortunately.

LOL - I was going to shout out that I could see the sheen, but based on those inks, of course I saw the sheen. I think I even tasted the rainbow. :)
