I hadn't heard that music before and it is beautiful. Thanks for sharing a little of your heart.

Here's what I'm writing with today:

Vintage Welsh pens often have interesting detail at the cap and barrel ends:

Looks like I need an ink with a little more butterscotch color - any good ideas?

Troy, glad I could enable you with another ink purchase.

Amberlea, does the nib on this Welsh qualify it for "ugly" status?

Coop, that's beautiful and thanks for sharing!

Not so long, more or less 3 years ... Finding pens on e-bay or other websites, second hand market, ... Sometimes, clients see me writing with a fountain pen tell me that they still have one or another one at home and give it to me as a present .... It can be very quick ....

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I still don't have a nice handwriting... Ehrrr... working on that. But I can doodle! This is with the blue Esterbrook LJ (so beautiful) I received yesterday (1554 nib). The mediums are scarce and getting expensier! Where can I get a cheap Medium? Dare I say, $5-$10 nib? ?

Oh I had to post this picture of Parker the chocolate brown labrador. My birthday surprise, and to find out the big tough "labradork" is afraid of balloons.

Yes I know he is not a fountain pen, or writing implement, but his name is Parker.

Happy belated birthday!!:-)

Yours or Parkers?

I went for "large and in charge" today, a custom (clipless and breather hole-in-cap less) Guider Jumbo eyedropper. It has a vintage flexy 14k nib that writes wonderful. Ink is Diamine blue-black.
