Just to clarify the "possible" loss of my first real fountain pen - it still might be in some other bag or box of card-making or scrap booking odds and ends. When my car was stolen, I had not yet dived head first into the sea of pens, paper and ink and only used it for signatures and other artistic embellishments. I keep looking, and hopefully it will turn up among my possessions in the future. If it does, it will be the matriarch at the next gathering of all my Watermans!

Breathe. Take one step at a time. Don't sweat the small stuff. You're not getting older, you are only moving through time. Be calm and positive.

Of course yes! One of my biggest problem is that I use three fountain pens at work and each time one run out of ink, I clean it and store it. Then, I use another one .... The problem is that I like my Duke von Gaber Castell Intuition so much that I don not store it but refill it directly. I'm quite sute that it would be the same with the Montegrappa. The other pens rotation will be poor ......
