My first post here, I hope my nonexistent photography skills do not make my handwriting too hard to read.

 

 

There is some shading to this ink, not too shabby for $4!

dis illusion : Your handwriting - AMAZING. There is reason for persons like me to feel disillusioned by our own writing :)

Well, the Freemont is cheapish. It costs about 20 € compared to 75 for a Pelikan M200 or 140 for a Sailor Professional Gear Slim. It writes better than any of my Sailors. Cheaper fountain pens than 20 € is almost impossible to find in my country and those that on occasion can be found does not look this nice.

Lovin' your latest!

 

And I'm really enjoying the Joy, so to speak. I have the 1.1 nib and it's smaller than I feared it would be, and is actually just the right size for writing. I wrote two letters yesterday, one with the Joy, and one with my Sonnet with a factory stub nib. The under-$40 Joy was just as fun as the Sonnet, which I really, really like. It writes a little drier than the sonnet, but that may be the ink. (PR Ebony Purple)
