I'm not expert but I read at some sites on Internet that slow writing is the key of success for this type of handwriting (Spencerian). Maybe I'm wrong but other people can confirm (or not).

And your handwriting sample is very nice.

I agree with Gclef, it seems to be made for fast writing, my family friend can write it at breakneck speed, its amazing!

and yeah, slow practice first [: might just try using a pencil, easier to control haha
