Picked up these goodies at a local antique store. I replaced the sac and gave them a light polish. The pencil was used and abused but the pen was clean as a whistle when I tore it apart. It had never been used!

I plan to use the armed and dangerous, but my photo of it was fuzzy, planned to scan, but scanner sizzeled... sputtered and quit...so it will have to be fuzzy till I get motivated to fix the scanner.. I am surprised anyone even saw it, I had it up for less than ten minutes... but back up now...

Somehow the writing just looks like this pen writes exceptionally smoothly. Just reading it makes me want to pick up this pen and give it a try.

Hi swanjun, I was using Sailor Jentle Ink Grenade for my first trial run of the TWSBI Mini.

 

And no need for swankier pens - any fountain pen will do. Heck, we even accept a typewritten note every once in a while!
