I did that on my flight. Ink had exploded everywhere, except my Varsity. Taught me a very valuable lesson, as it took a good hour to get all the ink off.

 

There's a reason why ballpoints were invented. This was precisely it (apparently... this is a hearsay so I'm not too sure.)

Not usually an issue for me - keeping the nibs up during ascent and descent pretty well takes care of it. I have found that there might be a *little* seepage if I leave the pens horizontal the night before, too - kept nib up the night before allows the ink to drain, and no worries...

 

But, this little pen has been written with a lot today, and then I had it on its side for photo time.. oops...

I was actually going to start a topic moaning that there's a Stallone pen, why not a Batman pen. You've proven me wrong.

 

Is that actually an FP? And does it have Batlogo on the nib?

Ahhhh, one minor issue, the Eagles nest is in Austria, so still a way to go till Norway!

I can only draw stick men and because even they are so bad I didn't do it because y'all would think I was doing heiroglyphics!

Perhaps so, but your writing is a beauty, Stompie. I, on the other hand, have no talent in art and my handwriting's only legible at the best of times.
