Hello guys..

In the immortal words of Robin Williams, "you can't churn butter diff a toothpick..."

Size matters, and you are going to need a big hand to handle that big old' nib! ;-)

And I definitely have nib envy over that monster!

Be forewarned... I will eye-bang the bejeezus out of your pens...

What better suited to scholastic endeavor than a school pen?

Geha Schulfüller mit Reservetank, inked with Visconti's Sepia...

Hi Attila,

yes you are right, I think I will keep the pen(cil) :-)

Hi Uncle Red,

these soft pen(cils) are also new to me. I bought a 12 pencil set from 8B to 2H.

I think the intention is to draw with them, I will see for which purpose I will use them, at least writing with them is fun ....

For sure it is difficult to read upside down ;)

But for me it looks great, like something which made a time warp from the 19th century. :)

Is this Spencerian?

:lticaptd: nut cases!

It is supposed to be upside down so that you do not focus on the words but on the form! Looking for (and Uncle Red got it) consistent slants, curves, heights blah de blahs.

Now, if you just go to the other side of your laptop/pc you can read the words! Blondie!!!!

Well it is a form or rather my type of a sort of Spencerian - I have limited space to do all the full fancy twirls and swirls so they are very limited.

I also have to make allowance that this is a book for folk whose first language is not English so it must be more readable than what Spencerian would allow.

Stompie, historic Spencerian doesn't have a lot of flourishes, just the modern form. Two, try the penmanship forum next time for a very serious critique. And finally, if they turn over their tablets the screen will rotate and it'll still be upside down.
