That blue Parker is gorgeous!!!!! And the special Accountant nib works wonders. Wow!

I've clearly been bested in the micro-writing contest --wow guys!

Even so, the sentiment below is not sour grapes. Sailor 1911M, Iroshizuku Yama-Budo.

Very nice accountant nib on the Parker, irrigger.

Dcpritch, I can't imagine even trying to write as small as you have done with a music stub.

Agreed, it brought a huge smile to my face just looking at that picture...and then thinking of the one I have that looks like it, but not quite that outstanding color!

Umm...Where'm I Goin' ?

Pterodactylus- Yes it's the same pen. The dark photo was just a quick snapshot in artificial light to get the small writing and the "nice" picture was taken outside a couple weeks earlier for a different project. It's amazing the drastic effects that light and white balance make in a photo.

Be forewarned... I will eye-bang the bejeezus out of your pens...

Good point.

Here's a thought: my son sends 'secret' letters to his grandparents in invisible ink. I could imagine that his next step would be to use micro-writing with his friends as another form of 'invisible' ink, hidden from those of us with less-than-perfect eyes.

The ink is Diamine Eclipse. I'm pretty chuffed that this pen is working, initially thought that it might have needed a new sac but it was just a really clogged feed.

There's a good scan. :)

Hello again, FPN'ers. Today I'm ispired by Pterodactylus to use my old Parkers.

And here she is, the original behind my avatar. I'm sorry she is a bit dirty in her beard, but that's the way she is :D

Prv.Toter: here is the equipment I use for my Seagulls (except for the dip pen and red ink; that was to show the plastic ink "bottle"). I use the pencils with brush and water, and the lines are made by my Mercedes pen.

The black ink is Aurora Black; smooth and my only!

The grey is a suck-it-and-see concoction of Omas new grey, Diamine Grey and J. Herbin Grey Cloud, (Gris Nuage).

The first page was written in the perpetually moist Private Reserve Plum, Pelikan's Braun 4001 and what Sheaffer used to call Peacock Blue, now Skrip Turquoise.

It's after 0200. Ciao, I'm having an early night!
