Hi Ag99,

thanks for the compliment :-)

I use a (inexpensive) Canon MG5150 multifunction printer/scanner for scanning the pages.

Sometimes it has troubles with the colors (e.g. it can´t capture the orange Akkerman Oranje Boven ink correct).

I scan always with a quite high resolution (300 dpi) and scale it afterwards down with a picture editing program (in case I like to take only a part of the scan or a detail to have some resolution reserves) to 70% of the size.

For pictures I use only my phone cam (iPhone 5).

As I take the pictures most time on my desk with artificial light so I postprocess the images in a picture editing progam with a white balance filter (otherwise they are most of the time to dark/yellowish because of the artificial light).

Then i scale it down to 50% to become a reasonable size for posting in the forum.

Forgot to mention that your exercises looks great ! :)

Rose Cyclamen is also a great ink, I like it very much.

It is very similar to R&K Solferino.

I know exactly what you mean and you wouldn't look back, but if you did, a few $ down is no biggie. (another gr8 thing about these pens; the economy, speed and ease with which you can change nibs).

Even this lovely smooth acrylic master-piece feels 'lacking' as it's not Italic! :( :( :(

The fear of Browsing the bay for every browser-variation scares me, especially on pocket-money day!!!

Luvurcollection

Best regards,

Steve.

Diamine Kelly Green + water. (dilution makes it look brighter but yields a wider line)

Stainless steel Baoer 3035 with a very fine German stainless steel nib.
