Noxington, nice pens! I have an Estie and I am sort of "whatever" about it. Just can't get to like it. (what on earth is white balance?)

 

quinden that Schaeffer balance is nice!

 

akustyk, the Lucky Curve flexes easier and better than the W52! I am just having trouble with it because of the change in weather here so it tends to flood a bit. I have to keep checking the nib and drain it every now and then, but it is a beaut of a pen!

 

79Spitfire - are there any Sophia Loren pens around? Now ever since I was a kid, man that Lady..................

I was gonna post a picture of my fingers because that is what I am using to write this! I been doing Penpal stuff again today and am all wrote out!

Stompie: White Balance is correcting the overall hue of a digital image so that what is really white in person looks white on the screen. I did not correct that so the Ebony Purple ink looks more reddish than it is.

 

The Lamy AL-Star and I are well acquainted now. Much better handwriting! (basic smiley)

 

The Estie and I are still having awkward conversations. But things are going well.

My new pen: Eversharp Skyline!

 

 

The clip was positioned a bit strange so I worked on it a bit. The clip was very fine and I consider myself very lucky that I actually didn't bend it. Could've easily happened...what was I thinking? Polished with sunshine cloth and Pen Polish from Main Street Pens. Happiness! The pen looks black in this photo, but it's a pretty navy color.

Which color did you get? Did you get a F nib? Looking forward to that post!

That last note of mine was Diamine Green-Black, not a gray. That's prolly why it looks like that on your monitor (unless you're referring to my previous notes).
