If you think everything is going well... you obviously have no idea what is really going on!

The french-rule paper is a bit painful to use because it lays bare all the shortcomings in my penmanship. I'll keep working at it. I also had a hard time getting the book to lay flat for the picture. That is why the Sailor 1911 looks like it is trying to run away.

Pens used:

Noodler Ahab (clear) with mixed/dumped ink

Sailor 1911 (purple) with Iroshizuku Yama-budo

TWSBI 540 (blue) with Diamine Eau de Nil

Pilot Vanishing Point (matte black) with Noodlers Heart of Darkness

post-46508-0-96115300-1363893083.jpgIt's a green week here. I know, I know-- there are other colors but this Iroshizuku falls into the "Love it!" Ink review category. Cheers, all! Edited by Professor Plume

Great, Stompie!! What do you ordinarily flush your pens with?

HA!! I was able to relate to your analogy perfectly. Never even noticed you lapsed into the jargon, Stompie! :ltcapd:

Thanks, akustyk. I do need to slow it down, I guess. Takes a while to learn that after retiring!!! :headsmack:

I actually posted that picture upside down (I think that's a dangling modifier, to boot! ). Can't believe it! It looked okay from my iPad but now that I check from my Mac I see I'm back to my ditzy posting ways! Stompie, did you REALLY mean welcome back? You're generous!
