Pens are like watches , once you start a collection, you can hardly go back. And pens like all fine luxury items do improve with time

As a reference for vintage pens, is there a way of knowing (without looking) which Pelikans won't have the 14C 585 gold nib?

During the wartime (39-45) and the years after the war, there have been Pelikan 100, 100N and IBIS wich were fitted with steel nibs. Theese nibs are mostly quite flexible, but the quality of the stainless steel has not been that good as it is nowaday. So many of theese nibs have corroded.

Congratulations for the nice collection of Pelikan pens and its presentation. :clap1:

You may add a Rap-Pen. He is not very expensive.
