Carried with me, a Pentel Kerry. At home, a Skilcraft U.S. Government Scripto clone. Although it has been mostly a fountain pen day.

I didn't know that Visconti made mechanical pencils. congrats , its a Beautiful one!

Yes, for many Visconti collections there are fountains, rollers, ballpoints and mechanical pencils too

The twist system is very good

I hope to buy a HS mechanical pencil for me in future

Got this recently for 15 dollars, but its a Cross Townsend with a TOSHIBA logo on it. Its funny, I wasnt expecting the logo on it, but as a child I used to play games on an old TOSHIBA tv, so it holds some nostalgia for me. Regardless, very high quality writer.

I did my crossword (I just have crossword books, don't get a newspaper) with this old Parker 0.9 mm pencil, which I assume is a 45.

Yes, I know, you do your crosswords in ink.

Rymans HB pencil.

Came in a pack of 12 for £1.50 odd (half price the week I bought them)

They are rather good - sharpen to a long point and quite durable.

Sadly, they only come in HB - it would be nice to see a B or 2B

The Blackwing Natural. There are a good many pencils that write just as good or better than the Blackwings in my experience, but I do enjoy the look of them, especially now that they made a natural version standard. Though the pencil originally came with a grey eraser, I replaced the one I am using with their green variety, a solid forest green that gives it a nice pop against the unpainted cedar wood...

FP Ink Orphanage-Is an ink not working with your pens, not the color you're looking for, is never to see the light of day again?!! If this is you, and the ink is in fine condition otherwise, don't dump it down the sink, or throw it into the trash, send it to me (payment can be negotiated), and I will provide it a nice safe home with love, and a decent meal of paper! Please PM me!For Sale: TBA

My newspaper has two crosswords. The Daily Commuter version can be done in pen, but I would use pencil with the New York Times crossword.
