More sketching.  It may be about time to retire these stubs, but I like to see how short I can go.  The Mitsubishi HB stub on the left is in a fancy Staedtler extender which has a retractable eraser, and a band you can set to indicate what grade of pencil is in there.  On the right is what's left of a Eagle 314 draughting pencil in a cheap no name extender, to which I've added an eraser cap, although I was mostly using a separate kneaded eraser (not shown).
