What Pencil Are You Using Today?

More sketching.  It may be about time to retire these stubs, but I like to see how short I can go.  The Mitsubishi HB stub on the left is in a fancy Staedtler extender which has a retractable eraser, and a band you can set to indicate what grade of pencil is in there.  On the right is what's left of a Eagle 314 draughting pencil in a cheap no name extender, to which I've added an eraser cap, although I was mostly using a separate kneaded eraser (not shown).

Terrible photo… but I’m using this Pentel Sharp Kerry today. And the bonus pencil is my new Blackwing 602. I’ve sharpened this one and haven’t used it yet! I’m just planning to keep them in my office.
