you guys have niffy fingers…! the journals are all looking great and well…mine just pales in comparison…! and i’m always looking for an excuse to get a paper guillotine cutter for i can’t cut through 80 pages of paper neatly enough with a pen knife but it is just too expensive an investment for the hobby of book-binding, bleh

A friend of hers works in a leather shop, fabricating various items. I spoke with her via EMail, just after the OP went up. I asked her if I could get a copy, did so and it arrived very quickly considering it's a one off , after work produced item. It has aged beautifully, I use it daily. The pictures really don't represent the high quality of the end product. Usual disclaimers apply, very satisfied customer, Jim

Hi Elderberry,

Absolutely love your journals. Would you, please, send me more details? Thanks.

This Whole post is amazing- you all do such fantastic work! I've been lusting after the Midori TN lately, but the cost is making me apprehensive. I wonder if I can find a piece of leather locally....

This Japanese online seller has them for much less. I bought mine from them, and the transaction was fast and hassle-free; they take PayPal. And now I am enjoying making my custom inserts. Loving this thread! :bunny01: :cloud9:

Thanks for the heads up- that price certainly is fantastic!

Now I just need to convince the wife that I do, in fact, need one more notebook...

I purchased the brown regular sized Midori TN, and the following refills: grid, lightweight, kraft folder, zippered pocket, card file, and rubber bands. I love them all!

Here are a few photos. The pen holder is something I purchased from Goulet Pens before I decided to purchase the Midori from Japan.
