The new ink is the color CdB is supposed to be, shown below - swabs done on 25% rag content paper. I am still waiting to resolve the issue I had with Stipula Sepia and, assuming that resolves the way I think it will, I will hopefully amend the images at the beginning of this thread, and in the Part 2 thread, to show the correct colors.

Well...that stinks. I received a "Bad Batch" recently that was more purple-grey than brown. 
I've since stopped using it, as I have no use for purple-grey when I had been searching for Brown-grey.
Not a drop of "Cacao" anywhere in that du-Bresil...lol. 
Anyway, "R&K SEPIA" has solved the problem. 😁
