What's the one pen you keep coming back to? ...

That would be my m800 with Binder 0.8mm stub. I love everything about the m800 - its size, shape, weight, filler, and that sweet stub.

In fact, I use this one so much that I had to flush it and take it out of rotation lately because I've got new pens to get acquainted with and can't stop reaching for the big Pel.

A second place would be my Sheaffer PFM I - I just love the smooth integration of barrel, section and nib - nothing to bother my fingers. And it has the best Fine nib I own - smooth and wet!

My Esterbrook J, gray, with #9461 nib. Along with my M200's, the most universal pen I own. I use it daily and it just fits my left hand so well, and so smooth!

Since I began purchasing pens (for the longest time I only had a Parker Vac my father gave me), the one that has stayed filled the longest (for about 8 months now) is my Aurora 88. Its like the pen was custom designed to fit my hand, and I absolutely love the way it writes.

Of the many pens I like and use, I keep coming back to my Duofold Centennials. iIuse the plural because I have a variety of italic nibs, F, M and B. But the Centennial is just my favorite pen for size (pen and nib), comfort and the fun of writing with a good italic nib.

Parker "51" flighter with a smooth fine/medium wet nib. It's seen plenty of use and has some "character" marks but it starts all the time, every time, without fail and is always a pleasure to use. I rotate my pens pretty frequently but if forced to grab only one that would be it.

A pen a day keeps the doctor away...

My Omas Paragon. The combination of smooth and flexible large nib with a large and light pen that has a piston filler that sits perfectly in my hands is Sooooo good. You got to love such a pen and that is the one I always use.

I am kind of suprised though that no one is telling us of their MB 149 as there favorite writer.

Respect to all

Lamy 2000 with EF nib (but it writes like a broad nib)

Namiki Bamboo M nib (love to write with it, fill it, open & close it, but don't like the overall size, too big)

Edson Silver L.E. with an oblique nib. Had thought of moving it on but just does as I want it to with enough feel and presence to please me.

Do like the silver 146 (?) I use as well.

Odd thing this pen addiction :)
