Light Fastness Scans

I'm bummed about it, too. :(

That's interesting, I've had blue ghost in a South facing window for a year and a half now as part of a lightfast test, with no fading whatsoever. I'll have to keep checking it, because now I'm scared of it disappearing on me!

The graph paper I used for the test was not acid-free, I believe. I have no idea if that could have contributed to its disappearance. Anyway, do let us know how your own sample goes as time goes by. Would love to hear from others, too, about how they have fared with Blue Ghost. I did this test 6 years ago.

My tests with Ghost Blue show differently, the GB did not fade and it was still good after a year in the sun, BUT the paper was acid free. I also found that GB does not show up on all papers even in the beginning.

Fountain pens are my preferred COLOR DELIVERY SYSTEM (in part because crayons melt in Las Vegas).

I found this to be true, too. I tried the ink on black paper and it did not show up at all.

I haven't figured out why the UV inks don't always fluoresce. I'm sure a chemist could tell us. (hint hint)

Do be sure to let us know your results with Blue Ghost, along with any other inks you had on your sample sheets.
