Unibal Signo 207 And Other Pens That Take The Refill?

Hi Folks

I use the blue archival Uniball Signo 207 click pen for work because I'm often outside and I needed a pen that holds up to the elements. No complaints on the pen, I purchased a box of 12 from eBay a year ago and I'm getting down to the last 2. Before I go out and buy another box I was wondering if there are other pens that will take the 207 refill? By other pens I mean something a bit fancier, more sturdy, and not as flamboyant as my blue and white pen.

Will they fit a jotter body?

thanks

Alan

They do not fit a jotter body.......but I dare say someone has tried and will be along shortly to make a fibber of me

:roflmho:

Uniball do do a 'Premier' version with a metal body......no exactly a stunnner as such, but looks a little better ...

Here's a link........

No affiliation with this supplier.......just a satisfied customer

You're right....not a stunner blush.gif

I will keep looking.....I need a pen that holds up to the elements....so far the blue/black of my signo 207 has been great. But I miss writing with my jotter with the gel ink......I also had a pelikan with fitted with a parker gel refill...awesome!!

If anyone has any suggestions pls post it up. If there is a convertor out there for parker pens i'm all ears.

This pen seems to be quite popular in Asia right now, and seems to fit a variety of refils with minor modifications (on the inktube).

If you cut a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit off the end of the refill, a 207 refill will fit the Waterman Expert rollerball. Those are a bit pricey, but a beautiful pen.

Uniball Jetsream also fits the Waterman RB and is IMHO the best combination for a RB.

As for click pens, I think the Signo 207 Premier is one of the best. It is a fairly classy metal pen with a gel grip. I do like the Pelikan click pens. Some Pentel refills also fit the 207 Premier - like the Pentel Energel needle nose LRN7 and it is an excellent RB.

Rotring 600 rollerballs will take the refill no problem,
